1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using IONChat (the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Services. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and INFINITY ONE NETWORK LLC ("ION," "we," "our," or "us").

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use IONChat. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you represent that you have parental or guardian consent to use the Services. You create an account by verifying your mobile phone number.

3. Account Registration

To use IONChat, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. SMS Messaging and Consent

By providing your mobile phone number during registration and checking the SMS consent box, you expressly consent to receive SMS text messages from INFINITY ONE NETWORK LLC at the number provided, including automated messages for account verification, login authentication, and security purposes (one-time passcodes / OTPs).

  • Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your account activity (sign-ups, logins, security checks).
  • Message and Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details.
  • Opt-Out: Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You will receive a confirmation message and no further SMS will be sent.
  • Help: Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact support@ionchat.app.
  • Carrier Disclaimer: Carriers (including but not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and Sprint) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Consent Not a Condition of Purchase: Your consent to receive SMS messages is not required as a condition of using non-SMS features of the Services where alternative verification methods exist.

By using SMS-based verification, you confirm that you are the authorized user of the mobile number provided.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use IONChat to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation
  • Harass, abuse, or harm another person
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Transmit spam, malware, or other harmful content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or other users' accounts
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Services
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the Services

IONChat has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behavior. We remove objectionable content and may suspend or permanently terminate users who engage in abusive behavior, without notice. You can report content or users in the app via the "···" menu → Report, and block users from their profile.

6. Content

You retain ownership of the content you post on IONChat. By posting content, you grant us a limited license to use, display, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Services.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or that we deem inappropriate, at our sole discretion.

7. Intellectual Property

IONChat and its content, features, and functionality are owned by INFINITY ONE NETWORK LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use our trademarks or branding without prior written consent.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including if you violate these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INFINITY ONE NETWORK LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
